My Lineup
Welcome to FF Sweat Meter
We sweat the data so you don’t sweat Sunday.
- Add your players: tap + Add player and search a name, team (KC) or K / DEF. Each player fills an open starting slot first, then the bench.
- Match your league: team count, scoring and slots (incl. IR) in Settings.
- Already have a backup? Import it in Settings.

Your opinion, your list (one list for all your leagues). Optimize never starts these players and Rankings sinks them to the bottom. It never changes the tool's graded Track Record.

How Optimize and the numbers work
Every row shows SL Rank (Sweat Lords Rank this week, higher = better, with position rank) and the sweat score (0-100, lower = safer; green / amber / red). Tap a player for Bench / Swap / Remove / IR / set status.
Optimize sets your starters by Sweat Lords Rank (usage, FP/G, red zone, game-day sweat); sweat breaks ties, then the later kickoff. A bench player must beat your starter by 6 points to suggest a swap. At FLEX, TEs count 10 points lower (TE ranks run high vs RB / WR). K / DEF go by their sweat meter. IR players are never started. You see every change first; nothing moves until you tap Apply.
IR slots: count from League settings (default 2). Only players with an IR / Out status, on a reserve list or released can go to IR.

Why this exists
I’m not a career football analyst. I’m a competitor, and I want current, usable data to build a game plan each week.
I paid for the big fantasy tools and kept seeing the same problem. They leaned too hard on what they expected to happen, and their rankings barely moved when the season said otherwise. One week a running back’s situation fell apart, and they still had him as a top-10 back with a 14-point projection. He scored 2.2.
So I built my own. FF Sweat Meter follows the season that’s actually happening, not the one anyone predicted in August. It doesn’t project fantasy points; it projects winning situations.
Every call is locked in before kickoff and graded in public, right or wrong. That’s the deal.
