FLEX = RB/WR/TE. SFLEX = QB/RB/WR/TE. K and DEF get their own sweat meter and scoring (below); they are not part of the usage score. Slots set the starting lineup on Roster; everyone else is bench.

Backup and restore
Your roster, lineup, league settings and injury overrides live only in this browser. Export saves them to a JSON file on this computer; Import loads one back (replaces what is here). Nothing is uploaded.
Click Import, then pick the backup file you saved (usually in your Downloads folder). Don't paste it into the player search.
League sync
Settings are entered by hand. Syncing with a fantasy platform (and the waiver tools that depend on knowing who is rostered in your league) is planned for a later version. Nothing here connects to any outside account.
